The hidden meaning of color becomes a powerful tool in art, once the simple principles are understood. As an artist, I can use color to enchant a viewer.
In fact, research shows that color can play a major role in an individual's state of well-being.

The colors we surround ourselves with directly influence the way we feel and relax. Color allows me to create my own individuality and flare through design, concept, composition and presentation. Color can be used to evoke a certain mood or to create a message or sharp response in any one viewer of any piece or collection. Through the use of positive or negative attributes of color in each of my pieces work to subliminally send a message. My goal is to move you in a particular way that is different than how you felt - or thought - prior to viewing.

"Artists can color the sky red because they know it's blue.
Those of us who aren't artists must color things the way they really are or people might think we're stupid."
