A recent winner at the National American Women Artists exhibit 2022 for her contemporary style that is both vivid and emotional moving.

Featured artist by Phippin Western Art Museum in May as they prepared for the 2022 exhibit and sale Previous winner of several awards by the Western Art Rodeo Association.

A Cowboy True Western Fine Art Winner for the exquisite manner by which she portrays the lifestyle of the Old West and, particularly, Texas Cowboy Life and the cattle trade.  More importantly to this area of her talent, Howard has been an active part of Red Steagall’s Cowboy Gathering as an exhibiting artist where she continues to highlight Stockyard historic ambience.

​Recently named and recognized as a distinguished member of the International Guild of Realism for her unique application of handmade organic based soft pastels to canvas that reflects all the details of the 1970’s art genre known as Hyperrealism.

A signature member of the Degas Pastel Society and recognized for her superb use of pastels with extreme precision.
